Trustees
 
John Atkin - now retired, John reviously worked as a Senior Management Consultant in F.T.S.E. Company and is now a Methodist Local Preacher and youth and children’s worker with 18 years experience,  having gained a diploma in Child Evangelism and Nurture and working in primary schools in the west of Northampton for the Chaplaincy team. He is also the Chairman of Trustees for Lighthouse.
 
Victor Ukeagbu - course leader for Drama at Bedford University, also a published writer in African, Black British, and Black Diaspora theatres and performances, also on the Editorial Board of National Drama and an associate editor of the international theatre journal, African Performance Review. He is currently a Trustee for Lighthouse Trust.
 
Mark Kinning - works as a computer programmer for the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a trustee of LighthouseTrust. He not only supports the trust as part of the management team, he has been actively involved in some of the projects delivered to children and young people that involve music, dance and drama in primary and secondary schools at various times.
 
Richard Kinning - although having a background in construction and latterly as a Planning Engineer, he has worked in various capacities with children and young people over the last 40 years. He is the trusts director and oversees all the work of Lighthouse, working closely with the trustees to ensure a close working relationship with its teams.
 
Dave Weston - is a trustee of Lighthouse Trust and a church minister at Living Grace, a church in the heart of the community with a non-denominational emphasis, which reaches out to all ages in practical ways. Dave has also supported projects that involve drama in primary and secondary schools and in community projects.
